Thank you for shopping with CARIBBEAN LUX. We take care to ensure your jewelry is prepared and shipped securely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. CARIBBEAN LUX is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at caribbeanluxjewelry@gmail.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Customers with an account may also be able to view current order information through their CARIBBEAN LUX account.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact us promptly at caribbeanluxjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the package and merchandise.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, delivery estimates, duties, taxes, and other charges may vary by destination. Where international shipping is available, applicable options will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
